New Delhi: Automotive lighting giant Hella has joined hands with Minth to develop radar-transparent covers, also known as radomes and illuminated logos, the German company has informed.
Hella also informs that the joint venture will be funded by both the companies in 50:50 ratio. To be known as Hella Minth Jiaxing Automotive Parts Co Ltd, the JV is scheduled to start operations later
this year.
The radomes that the JV will develop are permeable covers for radar systems, claims Hella. Both the companies are already active in this field.
