Located in Bhavnagar district of Gujarat and an area spread over 4.13 sq. km., Chitra has potential for new MSMEs for sectors like cotton ginning, cleaning and baling, onshore and offshore extraction of petroleum and natural gas, artificial dehydration of fish, sea food, fruits and vegetables, manufacture of hydrogenated oils and vanaspati ghee, flour, rice and dal mill, weaving and manufacturing of cotton and cotton mixed fabrics, embroidery and zari work by hand, manufacturing of cosmetics and toiletries etc.
