Water: Portable standard water 25000 m3 day is available for catering to the water supply demand of the Industrial Area.
Roads: The Additional Amravati Industrial Area is located on the Mumbai-Calcutta national highway no.6 at a distance of 17 km. from Amravati city. MIDC has further constructed the asphalted 4 lane road, connecting Amravati-Nagpur national highway no.6 to the Amravati Morshi state highway no.10 of 8.5 km. length which is main road of the Industrial Area. Main roads in the area have 60 m. land width which have 4 lanes, internal roads have a land width 30m. and 20m. have 2 lanes. All main roads and internal roads are asphalted for approaches to plots. Roads are beautifully landscaped.
Electricity: Maharashtra State Electricity Board is ready to give power connections on demand by the plot holders, however MSEB is reluctant to lay the overhead lines, etc. in this Industrial Area in advance as there is no immediate demand of plot.
Telecommunication Facility / Connectivity: One plot is demarcated for the construction of telephone exchange building at Additional Amravati Industrial Area. Telephone department has agreed to commission the telephone exchange as soon as minimum 50 nos. telephone connections are applied.
Streetlights: Street lights along all the main roads and internal roads are provided with 150 W HPSV (High Pressure Sodium Vapour lamps) on 11m. high steel tubular poles.
A total of 209 lights are provided in the whole area. A beautiful junction at the entrance of the area is provided with a high mast (20 m high) with 6 lamps of 400 W HPSV. Common Facility Centre: MIDC has constructed the Common Facility Centre building at the Nandgaon Peth Industrial Area which will accommodate Post office, bank, dispensary, MIDC office, MSEB office, canteen, STD-PCO, etc.
Dormitories constructed will be allotted to the plot holders and they can accommodate their technicians A Single window scheme office of the State Government provides single point assistance for all matters related to various Government departments (MSEB, MSFC, MIDC, SICOM, MPCB).
