Paithan (G.C) is located in Aurangabad district in Maharashtra, India.
Water: Water treatment plant having capacity of 6.50 MLD is constructed. The present water consumption is 1.20 MLD Roads: The width of the main road is 30.50 m; of the internal roads are 20 m and 18.50 m. The roads are constructed using the most modern techniques.
Residential Facilities: A residential zone is available in this industrial area.Fire Station: One fire station has been constructed by MIDC.
Electricity: Power is supplied to this industrial area through a 132 KV substation.
Telecommunication Facility / Connectivity: An electronic exchange with a provision of 1,000 lines has been commissioned, of which MIDC has booked 35. The exchange is connected to Paithan city and local facility is available at Aurangabad city. Although, presently, I.T. connectivity is not accessible, very soon it will be made available from the Earth Station, to be started in the Software Technology Parkat Chikalthana Industrial Area.
Common Facility Centre: MIDC has constructed one Common Facility Service building in this Industrial area. In this building the State Bank of Hyderabad and a guesthouse are located. Police Station: One Police station has been constructed by MIDC.
