MIDC started developing 152.40 hectares of this area in 1970-71. All the infrastructural facilities are ready and about 408s mall and medium sized plots have been carved out.
These include 263 industrial plots: 25 commercial, 12 amenities, 82 small (shops, stalls, etc), and 26 sheds. Only one small plot is available for allotment. This area is well planned and most of its units are in production.
